This client’s kitchen was previously painted in cream and was due for a makeover.

The client selected Manor House Gray for the main units, and Off Black for the small kitchen island colour. Both of these were from the Farrow and Ball range of colours.

With a professional hand-painted finish, this kitchen now has a really contemporary feel to it and is a space the family are keen to spend more time in.

Manor House Gray. Named after the houses traditionally inhabited by the local lord, Manor House Gray is a definite grey which retains its colour in all lights, especially when contrasted with Wevet.

Off Black. This soft black is one of the original Farrow & Ball colours – an uncomplicated name for a well-loved classic. Off-Black is much more flattering to adjacent colours than stronger blacks because it feels so much milder in tone and has less of the underlying cool blue of Railings or Black Blue.
