We recently completed this exterior project for a client in Black Notley, Essex.

We began by cleaning down all soffits, gutters and fascia boards to give us a clean start. The render had some serious cracking issues, so these were cut out and filled with Toupret quality exterior filler and blended in to match the existing render finish. We then applied 2 coats of Leyland Truguard masnory brilliant white paint. All previously painted woodwork was prepared, sanded down and had two undercoats and one gloss finish topcoat applied. The railings to rear elevation were also sanded down, with two undercoats and one black gloss topcoat applied to complete the job.
