Changing the colour of your kitchen units

Location: Chelmsford CM1

Our customer in Galleywood, Chelmsford Essex had this off-coloured Ivory kitchen and had decided that a change of colour was called for.

They selected Pavilion Gray as their colour of choice for this kitchen makeover, from the range of colours available from Farrow and Ball.

We started by removing all door handles, then washed the units with a sugar soap solution. We followed this by applying 2 coats of an oil based undercoat and then a single top coat of oil based eggshell paint. Refitting all the trims and handles is the most rewarding part as you get the full effect of the finished job.

The client was very impressed with the finished job, and left us a glowing review on Google.

Pavilion Gray – This classic mid grey was originally created for a bespoke pavilion, but is also reminiscent of an elegant 18th century Swedish colour. One of the Architectural Neutrals, the subtle blue undertones of Pavilion Gray add a contemporary touch and sense of spaciousness. Combine with Dimpse, Blackened or Manor House Gray in any combination for a scheme that is perfect for the modern family home.
