Even though I am doing this kind of work every day, sometimes the transformation is so stunning, it takes me back. A picture does a good job of conveying how good something looks, but this piece looks even better in person.
Our client had an old dresser in a dark wood finish, and wanted it to be more in keeping with the rest of their home. We prepared the dresser and gave it all the necessary treatments before finally painting it in Purbeck Stone.
Purbeck Stone (opens in a new tab) is a clean, understated mid grey from Farrow & Ball, named after the stone found on the Isle of Purbeck in Dorset. It is the strongest of Farrow & Ball’s Easy Neutrals, and sits comfortably in a calm scheme alongside Cornforth White, Wevet and Ammonite, in homes both old and new.
