They will have to make savings, cutting quality where they can in order to fulfill the contact at the lower rate. This means you don’t have the opportunity of using your preferred builders and decorators services or receive the top quality repair you deserve.
How to use your preferred professional decorators
Did you know that you don’t have to use the builder/decorator your insurance company provides. You are within your rights to use your own nominated builder. It’s your house and your asset.
First of all you have to request us to quote for the works at your property. You will meet us face to face to discuss and assess the damage.
We will discuss all works that require doing to put your house back to its pre-loss condition. We will supply you with a full detailed specification and a free quotation. You then supply this to your Insurance Company and you request that you wish to use our services on your claim.
They will offer you a cash settlement for the works to be reinstated and you’ll be paid by them for the work required. You are then in a position to arrange a start date with us. Once all works are completed and you are satisfied with the repair, you settle directly with us.
